    AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

    SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition by Windy Valley 
    Broadcasting, proposing the allotment of Channel 268A to Levan, Utah, 
    as the community's first local aural transmission service. Channel 268A 
    can be allotted to Levan in compliance with the Commission's minimum 
    distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site 
    restriction. The coordinates for Channel 268A at Levan are 39-33-18 and 
    111-51-42.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before January 6, 1997, and rely 
    comments on or before January 21, 1997.
