        1. Secretary of Labor v. Walker Stone Co., Docket No. CENT 94-
    97-M (Issues include whether the judge was correct in holding 30 CFR 
    Sec. 56.14105 to be inapplicable because the phrase ``repairs or 
    maintenance of machinery or equipment'' contained therein does not 
    encompass the act of removing from a rock crusher rocks which are 
    jamming it.)
    
        Any person attending this meeting who requires special 
    accessibility features and/or auxiliary aids, such as sign language 
    interpreters, must inform the Commission in advance of those needs.
