Correction

    In rule document 96-29777 beginning on page 59762 in the issue of 
Friday, November 22, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 59762, in the first column, in the DATES section, in the 
second and sixth lines, ``December 26, 1996'' should read ``December 
23, 1996''.
