Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Small Business/Self Employed—Ensuring Fair Compliance (Schedule C Non-Filers) Committee of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2002 from 2 pm EST to 4 pm EST via a telephone conference call. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
