SUMMARY:

The Commission, at the request of Television Fit-For-Life, Inc., substitutes DTV channel 50 for DTV channel 25 at Fort Walton Beach. See 65 FR 75221, December 1, 2000. DTV channel 50 can be allotted to Fort Walton Beach, Florida, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 30-24-12 N. and 86-59-34 W. with a power of 1000, HAAT of 221 meters and with a DTV service population of 567 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
