Northern Border Pipeline Company; Notice of Tariff Filing

December 14, 1995.
    Take notice that on December 11, 1995, Northern Border Pipeline 
Company (Northern Border) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Second Substitute First Revised 
Sheet Number 110.
    Northern Border states that the filing is in compliance with the 
Commission's order, issued November 30, 1995, in the above-referenced 
docket. Northern Border further states that the November 30 Order 
required Northern Border to resubmit Sheet No. 110 to correctly reflect 
the proper supersession.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.211. Pursuant 
to Section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations, all such protests 
must be filed not later than 12 days after the date of the filing noted 
above. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file and 
available for public inspection.
