CHANGE IN THE MEETING: The following topics were added to the open 
portion of the meeting:
     Withdrawal of Proposed Rule--Advance Participations; Sales 
of Whole Advances.
     Gramm-Leach-Bliley Directorship Amendments.
    The Board determined that agency business required the addition of 
these items on less than seven days notice to the public and that no 
earlier notice of these changes in the subject matter of the meeting 
was possible.
