    AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
    
    ACTION: Final rule.

    SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Great American Media, Ltd. 
    I, substitutes Channel 285C3 for Channel 285A at Tabor City, NC, 
    reallots Channel 285C3 from Tabor City to Calabash, NC, and modifies 
    the license of Station WYNA to specify Calabash as its community of 
    license. See 58 FR 51799, October 5, 1993. Channel 285C3 can be 
    allotted to Calabash in compliance with the Commission's minimum 
    distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 20.1 
    kilometers (12.5 miles) north, at coordinates 34-04-05 North Latitude; 
    78-31-30 West Longitude, to accommodate petitioner's desired 
    transmitter site. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
    
    EFFECTIVE DATE: January 30, 1995.
