K N Interstate Gas Transmission Company; Tariff Filing

December 15, 1994.
    Take notice that on December 12, 1994, K N Interstate Gas 
Transmission Company (KNI), tendered for filing certain revised and 
original tariff sheets in compliance with a Commission order issued in 
this proceeding on December 2, 1994. KNI requests that the tendered 
sheets be accepted for filing and permitted to become effective on 
December 2, 1994.
    KNI states that copies of the filing were served upon each person 
designated on the official service list compiled by the Secretary in 
this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426 in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of 
the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be 
filed on or before December 22, 1994. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make any protestants parties to the proceeding. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
