Notice of Filing of Plat of Dependent Resurvey, Suspended

    On Thursday, June 10, 1993, there was published in the Federal 
Register, Volume 58, on page 32546, a notice entitled, ``Louisiana: 
Filing of Plat of Dependent Resurvey.'' Said notice referenced the 
filing of the plat of the dependent resurvey of the west boundary of 
Township 7 South, Range 9 East, Louisiana Meridian, Louisiana, accepted 
May 24, 1993.
    This plat officially filed on July 22, 1993, is hereby suspended 
pending the consideration of a protest against the survey.
