December 15, 1995.
    Due to comments received on the Draft Environmental Impact 
Statement/Preliminary Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed 
EcoElectrica LNG Import Terminal and Cogeneration Project in 
Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, the comment period is extended from December 
26, 1995 to January 23, 1996.
