Notice of Meeting Locations and Times
AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
ACTION: Resource Advisory Council Meeting Locations and Times.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act
and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (FACA), the Department
of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Council meetings will
be held as indicated below. The agenda includes: Black Rock Desert
Management Plan, update, overview and schedule; Pronghorn Area of
Critical Environmental Concern; Standards and Guidelines for wild
horses; Hardrock Mining and related actions; and public comment period.
All meetings are open to the public. The public may present written
comments to the council. Each formal council meeting will have a time
allocated for public comments. The public comment period for the
council meeting is listed below. Individuals who plan to attend and
need further information about the meeting or need special assistance
such as sign language interpretation or other reasonable
accommodations, should contact Mike Holbert, Associate Field Manager,

DATE, TIME: The council will meet on Thursday, January 28, 1999 from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, January 29, 1999, from 8:00 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. at the Bureau of Land Management, Winnemucca Field Office,
5100 East Winnemucca Boulevard, Winnemucca, NV in the main conference
room. The public comment period will be at 1:15 p.m., Thursday, January
28, 1999.
