Correction

    In rule document 06-9236 beginning on page 67037 in the issue of 
Monday, November 20, 2006 make the following correction:

Appendix 1 to Subpart P of Part 404 [Corrected]

     On page 67054, in Appendix 1 to Subpart P of Part 404, in the 
first column, in the first line ``efers'' should read ``refers''.
