Title: Testing Session to Measure Effectiveness of Comprehensibility 
Scoring Formula Methodology
Description: To further its corporate goal of reducing taxpayer burden, 
the IRS is conducting research to evaluate a methodology for improving 
the comprehensibility of tax forms. Testing sessions are necessary to 
provide quantitative evaluation. Subjects will include 1040 and 1040A 
tax filers. IRS will use the results to improve tax forms and 
publications.
