    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the Center for 
Scientific Review Special Emphasis Panel, December 1, 1999, 3:00 PM to 
December 1, 1999, 4:00 PM, NIH, Rockledge 2, Bethesda, MD 20892 which 
was published in the Federal Register on November 22, 1999, 64FR63824.
    The meeting will be held January 6, 2000. The time will be 11:00 AM 
to 12:00 PM. The place remains the same.
