AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and

ACTION: Notice of effectiveness of data collection.

SUMMARY: NMFS is announcing that the information collection requirement 
contained in Sec. 679.5(l)(2)(vi) of 50 CFR part 679 was approved by 
the Office of Management and Budget.
