Williams Pipe Line Company; Notice Canceling Technical Conference

December 18, 1996.
    On August 2, 1996, the Secretary's office issued an notice in the 
captioned docket deferring a technical conference on William Pipe Line 
Company's (Williams) proposed tariffs and tariff supplements. This was 
done because on July 25, 1996, Williams filed a notice pursuant to 18 
CFR 341.13(b) withdrawing the proposed tariffs and tariff supplements 
at issue in this proceeding. Since there are no comments on that 
filing, the technical conference is canceled and the proceeding 
discontinued.
