Take notice that on December 8, 2003, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (Natural) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Sixth Revised Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet No. 26W.12, to be effective December 3, 2003.

Natural states that the purpose of this filing is to terminate, effective December 3, 2003, an existing firm transportation negotiated rate transaction between Natural and Mirant Americas Energy Marketing, LP.

Natural states that copies of the filing are being mailed to all parties set out on the Commission's official service list in Docket No. RP99-176.
