Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy of Working 
Group on Economic Sanctions; Closed Meeting

    The Department of State announces a meeting of the U.S. State 
Department Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy Working 
Group on Economic Sanctions on Wednesday, January 8, 1997 at the U.S. 
Department of State, Washington, D.C. Pursuant to Section 10(d) of the 
Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) and 5 U.S.C. 5526(c)(1), 5 U.S.C 
552b(c)(4), and 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(9)(B), the Department has determined 
that the meeting will be closed to the public. Matters relative to 
classified national security information as well as privileged 
commercial information will be discussed.
