SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On August 16, 1996, the Commission 
established a schedule for the conduct of the final phase of the 
subject investigation (61 FR 50330, September 25, 1996). Counsel for 
the petitioner has requested that the Commission postpone the date for 
the submission of prehearing briefs until after December 30, 1996, the 
date on which Commerce's final determination is due. Accordingly, the 
Commission has postponed the date for submission of prehearing briefs 
to December 31, 1996; all other dates remain the same.

Commission's notice cited above and the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and 
part 207, subparts A and C (19 CFR part 207), as amended in 61 FR 
37818, July 22, 1996.
