This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Washington (FEMA—1734—DR ) , dated 12/09/2007.

Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

Incident Period: 12/01/2007 and continuing.

Effective Date: 12/15/2007.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/07/2008.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/09/2008.

Contiguous Counties:

Washington Kitsap.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
