[Declaration of Economic Injury Disaster Loan Area #8412]
Montana (and Contiguous Counties in Idaho; Declaration of
Disaster Loan Area
Sanders County and the contiguous counties of Flathead, Lake,
Lincoln, Mineral, and Missoula in the State of Montana, and Bonner and
Shoshone Counties in the State of Idaho constitute an economic injury
disaster loan area as a result of forest fires which occurred during
the summer of 1994. Eligible small businesses without credit available
elsewhere and small agricultural cooperatives without credit available
elsewhere may file applications for economic injury assistance until
the close of business on September 13, 1995 at the address listed as:
U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 4 Office, P.O. Box
13795, Sacramento, CA 95853-4795 or other locally announced locations.
The interest rate for eligible small businesses and small agricultural
cooperatives is 4 percent.
The economic injury number for Idaho is 841300.
