Notice of Cancellation of a Meeting

    Notice is hereby given of the cancellation of the meeting of the 
National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases 
Special Emphasis Panel, December 27, 1996, which was to have taken 
place as a telephone conference call originating in Room 6AS-25F, 
Natcher Building, National Institutes of Health, 4500 Center Drive, 
Bethesda, Maryland 20892-6600, and published in the Federal Register on 
December 17, 1996, 61 FR 66290.
    This meeting is being cancelled due to an unanticipated schedule 
change.
