ACTION: Notice of Issuance; Correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal
Register on December 18, 1996 (61 FR 66699), that considers issuance of
amendments to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-38, DPR-47, and DPR-
55, issued to the Duke Power Company. This action is necessary to
correct an erroneous date.
