State of Oregon

    Lincoln County and the contiguous counties of Benton, Lane, Polk, 
and Tillamook in the State of Oregon constitute a disaster area as a 
result of heavy rain on November 24-26, 1999 that caused flooding and 
landslides. Applications for loans for physical damage as a result of 
this disaster may be filed until the close of business on February 14, 
2000 and for economic injury until the close of business on Sept. 14, 
2000 at the address listed below or other locally announced locations:
