AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Madrid Broadcasting Company,
allots Channel 241A to Madrid, Iowa. See 58 FR 58533, November 2, 1993.
Channel 241A can be allotted to Madrid, Iowa, in compliance with the
Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site
restriction of 13.5 kilometers (8.4 miles) north to avoid short-
spacings to Station KCOB-FM, Channel 240A, Newton, Iowa, and Station
KEFM(FM), Channel 241C, Omaha, Nebraska. The coordinates for Channel
241A at Madrid are 41-59-47 and 93-48-52. With this action, this
proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective: February 6, 1995. The window period for filing
applications will open on February 6, 1995, and close on March 9, 1995.
