SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-
463, notice is hereby given that the Mobile Sources Technical Review
Subcommittee of the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee will meet on:
Wednesday, January 12, 2000 from 9:30 am to 3 pm Eastern Standard Time
(registration starts at 9 am) at:

This is an open meeting and seating is on a first-come basis.
During this meeting, the subcommittee may hear and receive handouts on
the following subjects: progress reports from some of its workgroups
(including review and approval of the On-Board Diagnostics Workgroup
recommendations prior to submission to the CAAAC), updates and
announcements on activities of general interest such as the Clean Air
Act Advisory Committee, future of the subcommittee, status of key
regulations, schedule for release of MOBILE6, and an update on the
reorganization of OMS. The theme for this quarterly meeting will be
fuels and may include presentations on reformulated gasoline (RFG), the
future of fuels for motor vehicles: a DOE perspective, and California
Air Resources Board RFG Phase 3 program.
