Municipal Interest Rates for the First Quarter of 1999; 
Correction

AGENCY: Rural Utilities Service, USDA.

ACTION: Notice; correction.

SUMMARY: On December 17, 1998, the Rural Utilities Service published a 
notice announcing the interest rates for advances on municipal rate 
loans. The interest rate table was incorrect. Therefore, in notice 
document 98-33433, beginning on page 69611 in the issue of Thursday, 
December 17, 1998, make the following correction:
    On page 69611, and continuing to page 69612, the first column of 
the table, ``Interest rate term ends in (year),'' should begin with 
``2020 or later'' with each calendar year to follow in descending 
order, ending with the year 2000. The corrected table is as follows:
