Take notice that on December 15, 2003, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for a copy of the executed Rate Schedule FT service agreements with Atmos Energy Corporation (Atmos) and Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG) that contain the negotiated rates for firm transportation service under Phase II of Transco's Momentum Expansion Project. Transco states that the effective dates of these negotiated rate transactions are February 1, 2004 for MEAG and May 1, 2004 for Atmos.

Transco states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its affected customers and interested state commissions.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
