Take notice that on December 11, 2003, Chandeleur Pipe Line Company (Chandeleur) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, 2nd Substitute Thirteenth Revised Sheet No. 5, with an effective date of January 1, 2004.

Chandeleur states that the filing is being made to support an adjustment to its Fuel and Line Loss Allowance effective January 1, 2004.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
