Florida; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Pinellas County and the contiguous counties of Hillsborough and 
Pasco in the State of Florida constitute a disaster area as a result of 
civil unrest in the City of St. Petersburg which occurred on October 24 
and November 11, 1996. Applications for loans for physical damage as a 
result of this disaster may be filed until the close of business on 
January 24, 1997 and for economic injury until the close of business on 
August 25, 1997 at the address listed below: U.S. Small Business 
Administration, Disaster Area 2 Office, One Baltimore Place, Suite 300, 
Atlanta, GA 30308, or other locally announced locations.
    The interest rates are:
