Northwest Pipeline Corporation; Notice of Refund Report

November 26, 1997.
    Take notice that on November 21, 1997, Northwest Pipeline 
Corporation (Northwest) filed a refund report pursuant to Section 5.1 
of its Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement (Settlement) filed on 
November 14, 1995 in its Docket No. RP94-220 general rate proceeding. 
The Settlement was accepted and approved by the Commission on February 
16, 1996.
    Northwest states that the refund covers the period from November 1, 
1996 through February 28, 1997.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed on 
or before December 4, 1997. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection in the Public Reference Room.
