Correction

    In proposed rule document 97-25130, beginning on page 49638, in the 
issue of Tuesday, September 23, 1997, in the third column, in the DATES 
section, in the sixth and seventh lines, ``March 23, 1998.'' should 
read ``1 year after its date of publication in the Federal Register.''
