Synopsis: Notice is hereby given that the Federal Maritime Commission 
pursuant to section 6(d) of the Shipping Act of 1984, 46 U.S.C. app. 
Sec. 1705, has requested additional information from the parties to the 
Agreement in order to complete the statutory review of Agreement No. 
202-007540-069 as required by the 1984 Act. This action extends the 
review period as provided in section 6(c) the Act.
