SUMMARY: This notice announces the 11th public meeting of the BECC
Board of Directors on Tuesday, February 11, 1997, from 9:00 am-1:00 pm,
at the Camino Real Hotel, located at 101 S. El Paso St., in downtown El
Paso, Texas.
