the NRC add a new section to specify training and experience
requirements for qualified physicians responsible for placing
radioisotope stents in patients. The NRC published a Federal Register

petition. Recently, in another letter dated October 24, 1996, the
petitioner requested that the petition be withdrawn based on public
comments received by the NRC on this petition, and other information.
