Correction

    In rule document 96-31971 beginning on page 66198 in the issue of 
Tuesday, December 17, 1996 make the following correction:


Sec. 381.129  [Corrected]

    On page 66200, in the third column, in Sec. 381.129(b)(6)(i), in 
the seventh line, ``never'' should read ``ever''.
