Correction

    In rule document 96-32137, beginning on page 67378, in the issue of 
Friday, December 20, 1996, make the following correction:

Appendix A to Part 581 [Corrected]

    On page 67378, in the second column, in Appendix A to part 581, 
insert ``Department of Agriculture'' under the heading I. Departments, 
and above the entry ``Office of the Secretary''.
