AGENCY: Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces the general availability 
of exclusive, partially exclusive, or non-exclusive licenses under 
patent application Serial Number 08/273,032 filed July 7, 1994, Docket 
# DAR 6-94, by Anthony Farina and Mark Young, entitled ``Training 
Projectile''. Licenses shall comply with 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR Part 
404.
