    Notice Pursuant to the National Cooperative Research and 
    Production Act of 1993--Petroleum Environmental Research Forum Project 
    No. 95-10
    
        Notice is hereby given that, on November 1, 1996, pursuant to 
    Section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 
    1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301, et seq. (``the Act''), the participants in the 
    Petroleum Environmental Research Forum (``PERF'') Project No. 95-10, 
    titled ``Advanced NDE for Heat Exchanger Tubular Inspection,'' have 
    filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General 
    and with the Federal Trade Commission disclosing (1) the identities of 
    the parties and (2) the nature and objectives of the venture. The 
    notifications were filed for the purpose of invoking the Act's 
    provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual 
    damages under specified circumstances. Pursuant to Section 6(b) of the 
    Act, the identities of the current participants in PERF Project No. 95-
    10 are: Exxon Research & Engineering Company, Florham Park, NJ; Arco 
    Products Company, Anaheim, CA; BP International, PLC, Sunbury-on-
    Thames, Middlesex, UNITED KINGDOM; Chevron Research & Technology 
    Company, Richmond, CA; and Mobil Technology Company, Paulsboro, NJ.
        The nature and objective of the research program performed in 
    accordance with PERF Project No. 95-10 is to provide identification and 
    field testing of commercially available inspection techniques for heat 
    exchanger tubes.
        Participation in this Project will remain open to interested 
    persons and organizations until the final Project Completion Date, 
    which is presently anticipated to occur approximately twenty-eight (28) 
    months after the Project commences. The parties intend to file 
    additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership 
    in this Project.
        Information regarding participation in Petroleum Environmental 
    Research Forum (``PERF'') Project No. 95-10 may be obtained from Mr.
