Take notice that on November 21, 2001, the California Independent System Operator Corporation (ISO) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), a Compliance filing in the above-captioned proceedings.

Copies of the filing were served upon the individuals listed on the service lists in Docket Nos. ER01-3013 and ER01-889.
