Texas Gas Transmission Corp.; Notice of Technical Conference

November 29, 1994.
    Take notice that a technical conference has been scheduled in the 
above-captioned proceeding for 10:00 a.m. on December 7, 1994, in Room 
3400 D, at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 
North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426.
    The purpose of the conference is to discuss matters of interest and 
concern relating to Texas Gas Transmission Corporation's proposal to 
expand the utilization of the CIPS/Marathon Delivery Point in order to 
make direct deliveries of gas to Marathon Oil Company's oil refinery in 
Robinson, Illinois.
    All interested parties are invited to attend. For additional
