Correction to Notice of Intent to Rule on Application to Impose 
and Use the Revenue From a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Jackson 
Hole Airport, Jackson, WY

AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.

ACTION: Correction.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The FAA submits a correction to the notice printed on page 
55149 of the November 3, 1994, Federal Register. The notice erroneously 
indicated that ``The FAA will approve or disapprove the application, in 
whole or in part, no later than February 4, 1995''.
    The correction is as follows: ``The FAA will approve or disapprove 
the application, in whole or in part, no later than January 25, 1995''.
