    SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by The 
    West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind proposing the 
    substitution of Channel 281A for Channel 201A at Romney, West Virginia, 
    its reservation for noncommercial educational use, and the modification 
    of Station WJGF(FM)'s license accordingly. Channel 281A can be allotted 
    to Romney in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance 
    separation requirements with a site restriction of 2.7 kilometers (1.7 
    miles) north at petitioner's requested site. The coordinates for 
    Channel 281A at Romney are North Latitude 39-22-00 and West Longitude 
    78-44-50.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before January 19, 1995 and reply 
    comments on or before February 3, 1995.
