ACTION: Notice of extension of time to comment on draft price coalbed 
methane environmental impact statement.

SUMMARY: Notice of Availability of the Draft Price Coalbed Methane EIS 
was announced in Federal Register/ Vol. 61, No. 194/ Friday, October 4, 
1996/ 52055 with a public comment closing date of December 2, 1996. The 
comment closing date has been extended to January 3, 1997.
