distributed electronically via the Internet, the budget will be
negotiated for all years of the project period based on this
application, and program-specific instructions will include greater
standardization of content for the project summary and the detailed
description of the project. Applications for selected programs must
include data specified in statute. The statutory requirements are
included in this clearance request.
