Questar Pipeline Company; Storage Report

December 1, 1994.
    Take notice that on November 29, 1994, Questar Pipeline Company 
(Questar), as required by the Commission's orders issued in the 
referenced restructuring dockets,\1\ submits for filing studies 
required in connection with (1) Questar's retention of 3 Bcf of 
working-gas capacity at its Clay Basin storage facility for system 
operation and balancing and (2) the assignment of 7 Bcf of Clay Basin 
working-gas capacity to Mountain Fuel Supply Company.

    Questar states that it has distributed copies of this filing to all 
parties of record in Questar's Order No. 636 restructuring proceeding.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). 
All such motions or protests should be filed on or before December 21, 
1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
