In the Matter of: Certain Rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride Anode 
Materials and Batteries, and Products Containing Same

    Notice is hereby given that, as of this date, Smith R. Brittingham, 
Esq. and Kent R. Stevens, Esq. of the Office of Unfair Import 
Investigations are designated as the Commission investigative attorneys 
in the above-cited investigation instead of Kent R. Stevens, Esq.
    The Secretary is requested to publish this Notice in the Federal 
Register.
