Vought Aircraft Company A/K/A LTV Aerospace & Defense Company, 
Dallas, TX; Notice of Termination of Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on August 8, 1994, in response to a petition which was 
filed by the United Auto Workers, Local 848, on behalf of workers at 
Vought Aircraft Company, Dallas, TX.
    An active certification, revised November 16, 1994, covering the 
petitioning group of workers remains in effect (TA-W-29,206). 
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no 
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
