AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the U.S. 
Virgin Islands (FEMA-1309-DR), dated November 23, 1999, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 20, 1999.
